Board Work

Creating a framework for the management to succeed based on how they prefer to work is the core of what a great Board of Directors should do.

At RMC we believe that it starts with the management and how they prefer to work.

Too many board members try to implement their way of working towards the management of a company. Only when we play ball in a way that the management understands, wants and is motivated by, do we create a successful partnership between the board and the management of the company. Then we start the work and we do it as a team, it is a common misunderstanding that it is the board vs. the management - that has to be one unit complimenting each other.
