We set up a partnership based on some concrete targets that are to be reached within a time spand you, or your board, decide and make a plan together of how to reach it.
Project based partnerships
Time spand: 1-6 months
Usually this solution is tied to a limited shorter term target where another set of eyes, ears and thoughts would be helpfull to you. We make a plan of the exact outlines of the project, what you want to achieve with it, the budget set fort to reach it and we get to work.
Retainer
Time spand: +12 months
Our most offered service. It can take the form or shape that you prefer - think of is as a part time C-level joining your team 1-3 days a week to help you on a weekly basis to grow your business and fulfil your potential.
